Head of Product - Remote | EST–CET Time Zones

Client is building the next generation of AI-powered products for the on-chain economy and are seeking an exceptional Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution.

As autonomous AI agents become active participants in blockchain ecosystems, this is an opportunity to shape innovative products at the intersection of artificial intelligence, Web3, and decentralized technology.

About the Role

As Head of Product, you'll define the product vision and roadmap, working closely with the executive leadership team to identify new opportunities, launch market-leading products, and build a high-performing product organization

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall product strategy and vision.
• Lead the development of AI-native and blockchain-enabled products.
• Drive rapid experimentation, MVP development, and continuous product improvement.
• Use customer insights and data to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Leadership teams.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading product strategy and delivering successful products at scale.
• Deep interest in AI, with hands-on experience using or building with modern AI tools and agents.
• Strong understanding of product development, experimentation, and growth.
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Bonus Experience

• Building AI-powered products or autonomous agent applications.
• Knowledge of crypto incentives, token economies, or decentralized systems.
