Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology implementations from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will own end-to-end planning, execution, and stakeholder management for high-visibility programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. You will partner with engineering, product, and business leaders, translating ambiguous objectives into structured, executable plans and communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex technology implementations, including planning and execution across cross functional teams.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, RACI matrices, milestone schedules and deliverables, and status reports.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary with clear options and recommendations.

• Drive governance cadences, status reporting, and steering-committee updates with accurate, executive-ready communication.

• Hold workstream owners accountable to commitments and ensure rigorous change-control and quality standards throughout delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale, complex technology implementations.

• Demonstrated success delivering multi-workstream programs on time, within budget, and to scope in a matrixed environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Project planning tools: expert use of project management planning tools, including RACI charts to define roles and accountability, and Gantt charts to sequence, schedule, and track interdependent activities.

• Meticulous attention to detail: rigorous accuracy across plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting, with a disciplined approach to tracking dependencies, risks, and action items.

• Executive communication: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical programs into clear, concise updates and recommendations for executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and hybrid (Agile/waterfall) program models.

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.

• Prior experience in a regulated or enterprise-scale environment.
