We are seeking a driven, consultative, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding technology talent solutions company.
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and building relationships with technology companies across North America. You'll work closely with leadership to execute outbound campaigns, refine sales strategies, and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and working in a fast-paced startup environment where initiative and creativity are highly valued.
