Global Leasing Coordinator

Location: Remote
Reports To: Senior Director, Global Solutions

Position Summary

The Global Leasing Coordinator plays a critical role in managing third-party apartment leases secured by our Global Sourcing team. This position is responsible for ensuring lease accuracy, coordinating vendor relationships, supporting rent payments and lease renewals, maintaining property records, and partnering with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

What You'll Do

Lease & Property Management

  • Execute and manage leases for Global inventory.

  • Review vendor leases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

  • Coordinate lease renewals, guest extensions, early departures, and move-outs.

  • Maintain apartment inventory and lease records within internal systems.

  • Manage Certificates of Insurance and communicate with insurance providers as needed.

Vendor & Partner Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for landlords and property partners regarding lease, rent, and security deposit matters.

  • Coordinate with internal teams on renewals, notices, and lease-related requests.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Partner with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments and security deposit reconciliations.

  • Maintain accurate lease and financial records.

  • Assist with basic accounting functions and support internal financial controls.

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and update records in Salesforce and other internal systems.

  • Track lease activity, rent changes, extensions, and reporting data.

  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.

Team & Culture

  • Support Furnished Quarters' Core Values through collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in property management, lease administration, or lease coordination.

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating lease-related matters is a plus.
