This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Enterprise Account Executive specializing in the CPG, retail and tech industries to drive revenue across our four-brand portfolio. The ideal candidate can connect client needs across multiple brands, audiences, events, and content platforms.  

In this role, you will utilize a highly consultative, needs-based approach to uncover business growth and marketing challenges for your accounts, delivering integrated solutions that drive real ROI. This is a remote role requiring a self-starter who can navigate a portfolio effortlessly and possesses an internal engine to hunt for net-new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Lead discovery sessions with key enterprise clients and stakeholders to uncover gaps in their go-to-market strategies and align them with our offerings.
  • New Business Acquisition: A significant portion of this role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing net-new enterprise business. 
  • Integrated Program Development: Create strategic, multi-platform programs across the four-brand portfolio, including high-profile event sponsorships, digital media, custom content, and proprietary research programs.
  • Meeting & Presentation Excellence: Conduct weekly consultative client meetings and deliver polished, data-driven presentations that successfully close high-value programs.
  • Execution & Success: Partner closely with internal production and execution teams to ensure client success and flawless delivery of closed media and event programs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent pipeline visibility in Ad Orbit.
  • Industry Representation: Attend key industry events to develop new business pipelines and manage existing relationships, traveling approximately 30% of the time.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep, nuanced understanding of the assigned retail/CPG/tech brands, audience positioning, and the evolving competitive landscape.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to the c-suite. Enterprise selling is a plus!
  • Proven Track Record: Successful history of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets and managing complex, multi-platform client relationships.
  • Technical & AI Aptitude: Proficient in sales performance analytics to monitor sales velocity and identify territory "white space." Ability to create high-impact sales presentations and actively utilize AI tools to optimize the sales process.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital analytics and audience metrics to identify pre-sale opportunities and clearly communicate post-sale performance to clients.
  • Communication & Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: A self-motivated individual with a strong internal engine who doesn't wait for a playbook to take action, solve problems, or optimize processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
