AEM is looking for a Hardware/Firmware V&V Test Engineer to support verification and validation testing of embedded products used in environmental monitoring applications, including dataloggers, telemetry devices, sensors, and related field equipment.
This is a hands-on role focused on building test plans, writing and executing test cases, documenting results, and working with firmware, hardware, and software teams to identify issues and confirm fixes.
The role is based out of the Langford office due to the hands-on nature of the work. There will be some opportunity to work from home depending on the work being performed, project phase, and equipment required.

Canadian Compensation Range: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 CAD per year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. AEM considers a wide range of factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education, licensure and certifications, key skills as well as other market and business considerations when extending an offer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
