Job Summary

We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager with experience in outbound insurance sales. The role involves connecting with potential customers, promoting life insurance products, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.
  
• Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
  
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Update customer details in the CRM system.
  
• Achieve sales targets while following company policies and compliance guidelines.
  

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  
• Strong sales, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
  

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
