A Day in the Life

Join the Medtronic ConnectMe team - Cathlab portfolio Poland team responsible for cardiovascular portfolio. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth.

You’ll work in a flexible, digital-first environment supported by a fantastic team and a structured training program. The role is primarily remote, based in Poland, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs. Candidates from the Lower Silesian (Dolnośląskie) or Greater Poland (wielkopolskie) Voivodeships are welcome.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop new sales opportunities
  • Implement market development projects
  • Ensure implementation of remote sales tools in the effective and productive way
  • Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
  • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
  • Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features in relation to the company’s products

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience within the healthcare sector
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong team spirit, high level of accuracy, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Openness to remote working, proficiency in remote communication tools, and flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules

 

Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.
