Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes. 

We are looking for a professional with Construction Engineering  experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group. You will join a culture that values professional development, supports growth and rewards high performance.  

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows

  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes

  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology

  • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards

  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering  

  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma Data management in a production environment 

  • 5 – 6 years Construction or related field experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

  • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience training others or creating learning collateral

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels, taking initiative

  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers

  • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, APi's, Other Autodesk Construction solutions beneficial  

  • Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team

  • Fluency in Spanish Beneficial

Responsabilités

  • Offrir des séances de coaching sur les produits et les flux de travail afin d’aider les clients stratégiques à adopter les solutions Autodesk et à mettre en œuvre des flux de travail clés

  • Mener des appels de découverte dans le cadre du coaching afin de comprendre les flux de travail des clients, les obstacles à l’adoption, les besoins d’apprentissage et les résultats souhaités

  • Agir à titre de conseiller technique de confiance auprès des clients, en faisant preuve de leadership éclairé et d’expertise produit pour aider les clients à adopter les technologies Autodesk et à atteindre leurs objectifs d’affaires

  • Élaborer, mettre à jour et maintenir du contenu de formation, des ressources d’apprentissage et des actifs numériques qui soutiennent la prestation de l’accompagnement et répondent aux défis spécifiques liés aux flux de travail des clients, conformément aux normes de qualité d’Autodesk

  • Animer des séances d’accompagnement en direct et des sessions de formation en groupe évolutives (1:plusieurs) pour les utilisateurs finaux, incluant des conseils spécifiques aux flux de travail et le partage des meilleures pratiques

Qualifications minimales

  • Connaissance approfondie des besoins et des flux de travail des secteurs de l’architecture, de la construction et de l’ingénierie

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en architecture, en construction ou en génie connexe

  • Connaissance approfondie d’Autodesk Build, de Pype, d’Autospecs et de Forma, ainsi que de la gestion des données dans un environnement de production

  • 5 à 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la construction ou dans un secteur connexe

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, y compris la capacité de transmettre de manière cohérente des détails techniques complexes à un auditoire en personne ou en ligne

  • Capacité avérée à faire preuve d’agilité et à apprendre rapidement dans un environnement dynamique

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais

  • Expérience en formation ou en création de supports d’apprentissage

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à établir des relations à tous les niveaux, en faisant preuve d’initiative

  • Expérience en consultation technique et/ou en réalisation de projets techniques auprès de clients importants et exigeants

  • Connaissances supplémentaires des solutions de la plateforme Autodesk, des API et d’autres solutions Autodesk pour la construction constituant un atout

  • Esprit d’équipe et plaisir à soutenir et à interagir avec les autres membres d’une équipe partageant les responsabilités

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,000 and $122,100.
