Job description

We are seeking an Independent Contractor (1099) for a 4-month fixed-term assignment. Sales Recruiting experience is a plus.

The Talent Advisor will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business goals. This role will develop creative sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines for critical roles, and provide market insights to leaders. The Talent Advisor will partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs while creating a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values. 

Primary Accountabilities: 

Strategic - Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. 

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of talent.

Operational - Use a variety of sourcing methods including social media, professional networks, industry events, and talent mapping. Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to guide decision-making. 

Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness. 

Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and continuously improve processes. Work with hiring teams to provide guidance on best practices for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent.

Influence - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience in interactions with candidates and networks. 

Build and nurture relationships with passive talent, industry professionals, and influencers to strengthen long-term recruitment success.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelors , Business, or a related field (required)

• 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven ability to advise and partner with leaders (required)

• Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies. (High proficiency) 

• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. (High proficiency) 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. (Low proficiency) 

• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, technology, and techniques. (Low proficiency) 

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. (High proficiency)
