Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for AACP/PSA Accredited pharmacists. In this role, you'll work part time and have the flexibility to write reports in your own time.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, to assess whether patient medications are being managed safely, effectively, and optimally.
  • Detailed medication report writing and clinical discussions with treating doctors and specialists, conducted alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team.
  • Be able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
  • Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
  • Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance
  • AACP Accreditation/HMR accreditation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clinical teams
  • Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of ethical practice
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
  • Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.

Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
