Job description

ForgeRock Administrator 100% Remote
06 months' contract

Start date - ASAP

Looking for Identity Management thought leader to assist in administering our Forge Rock cloud and OAM on-prem environments.

You will be instrumental in improving the customer/developer experience of our enterprise web portals.

Responsibilities

Provide project support including the integration and interaction of access management, governance, and privileged identity
Evaluate architecture and propose for operational efficiency
Create and maintain IDM architecture diagrams
Daily administration of Forge Rock and OAM environments
Maintain best practices and support procedures
Adhere to IBC policy and standards concerning IDM
Expert level experience with SSO and Federation using SAML, OAuth2 and OIDC
Implement and maintain MFA, Risk Based Authentication, Progressive Profiling solutions
Implement and maintain solutions and technologies that address cyber security issues
Perform scheduled and ad hoc control/compliance validation
Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards
Improve and maintain monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions
Provide after-hours support for infrastructure weekend maintenance and related emergencies
Provide support with escalated help desk requests via Service Now
Perform troubleshooting as needed, assist with problem-solving efforts, involving other teams, partners, and outside vendors
Qualifications
Working experience of at least 3-5 years in ForgeRock technology comprising all modules (AM, IDM, DS)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with configuration and implementation of packaged or custom IAM solutions
Proficiency in the ability to prepare presentations, analysis reports, and program status reports
Expert understanding of IDM trends and best practices
Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting large scale Identity and Access Management solutions
Experience with custom development of IAM solutions using Java, JSON, SAML, OAuth2.
Expertise in securing systems, providing audit evidence, Cluster/HA, and standards implementation.
