The Role

You will act as the engine behind our pricing strategy, owning the execution, accuracy, and analysis that drives global revenue growth. By ensuring data integrity and leading experimentation, you enable faster, smarter pricing decisions that directly impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead opportunity discovery and validation by partnering with Data teams to ensure metric consistency and surface opportunities to optimize margins or reduce unnecessary discounts.
  • Drive pricing experimentation by validating test setups and analyzing results to unlock growth insights.
  • Analyze price elasticity trends to guide strategic adjustments, balancing volume and margin across diverse markets.
  • Identify underperforming markets and surface data-backed recommendations to increase revenue in specific destinations.
  • Guarantee price accuracy across all products and currencies, ensuring zero friction for users and high trust from stakeholders.
  • Act as an early-warning system, proactively monitoring dashboards to flag margin anomalies, FX inconsistencies, or revenue drops before they impact the business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, revenue operations, or growth roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and Python for data extraction and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Looker, capable of handling complex inputs and modeling.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and basic experimentation principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a structured approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, Travel, or Marketplace sectors.
  • Familiarity with pricing elasticity research.
