As part of the Business Unit (BU) Europe Central Asia (ECA) marketing team, you’ll work closely with local sales teams, key account managers and regional marketing colleagues to translate business priorities and global initiatives into practical, high-quality execution. You’ll support two distinct market setups: in Czech Republic, partnering closely with the local OpCo and in-market sales teams; and across export countries, working with key account managers and dealers to adapt and deliver marketing activities across multiple markets and customer segments.

What you’ll do

  • Turn ECA business priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns and communication activities.

  • Coordinate campaigns, product launches, events and exhibitions, working closely with sales, product and marketing colleagues.

  • Support export markets by working with key account managers, dealers and local partners across multiple countries and animal species.

  • Localise regional campaigns and develop materials and tools that support local sales teams and partners.

  • Manage content localisation, translation and editing for different markets.

  • Bring structure and follow-through to activities, ensuring priorities are aligned and execution is consistent and professional.

  • Track timelines, own budgets and deliverables, proactively managing risks and ensuring activities are delivered on time and in line with governance processes.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, communications or a related field.

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination or marketing communications, ideally in an international environment

  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.

  • The ability to translate sales and business needs into clear marketing activities and materials.

  • Strong communication skills in English and confidence working across countries and teams. Czech language skills are an advantage.
