At Endless Studios, we envision a digitally empowered future for every student. We're a youth-centric game-making studio where budding creators collaborate with professionals to develop games. We are designed to mirror the authentic environment of a professional game studio to train technical skills like coding and design, alongside soft skills such as leadership and problem-solving. By blending game development with an enriching learning experience, we aim to nurture a community of young creators ready to innovate in a digital future.Endless Studios' parent company, E-Line Media, was founded over a decade ago to develop games that catalyze curiosity, explore meaningful themes, and provide gateways to new perspectives and interests. Our consumer games with meaningful themes (e.g. Never Alone, Beyond Blue) and our game-based learning platforms (e.g. Gamestar Mechanic, MinecraftEDU) have reached a global audience of over 10 million players across channels and been used by over 15,000 schools and after-school programs.Endless Network, our other parent organization, is a global network of companies, foundations, non-profits, technologists, and advocates who want to unlock human potential through technology. We are dedicated to empowering the next generation to succeed in the digital economy. We work to transform the lives of kids and young adults by expanding access to technology and information; and by helping them develop 21st century skills.

Job description

ABOUT ENDLESS STUDIOS & ENDLESS CREATOR CLUB

Endless Studios is a youth-centered studio where the next generation of creators apprentice with professionals to create worlds and develop games. Inspired by the collective culture of open source software communities and the game modding communities, Endless Studios operates as a globally distributed, massively open youth-focused game making studio and learning community. Through prior products like Minecraft.Edu, Gamestar Mechanic, Terminal Two, and XPrize Connect Code Games Challenge, the founding team at Endless Studios has touched the lives of millions over the past 10 years. The Endless Creator Club is meant to be the campus arm of that initiative. Through starting clubs on college campuses, our goal is to help students improve and demonstrate their career readiness by working on some of the many hard and soft skills required to make and market great games

YOUR OBJECTIVE
Become an initial club founder as Endless Creator Club launches on campuses nationwide this Fall. We want your school, your chapter, and your name on the ground floor.

THE SHORT VERSION
Endless Creator Club uses games as a medium to develop real-world skills and portfolio projects. This will be a cross-disciplinary hub that pulls creative, technical, and business students into shared projects, events, and a national network. You will be one of the people who brings this to your school. Your job is to found a chapter at your school with one co-founder. Within a few years, Endless Studios will be at hundreds of chapters across the world. The first campuses set the template, and yours will help set the tone and structure for all future development.

In the founding phase, there is no board to delegate to. There is you, your co founder, and a campus full of people who don't know they want this yet. By the end of your first semester you need active members, a board you appointed, and weekly meetings people come back to.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

  • Do the early outreach. You and your co-founder personally recruit the first members and spot the people who'll become the board.
  • Build the board. Find, vet, and install the chapter's first officers, including a treasurer, secretary, a community manager, and an outreach officer. You and your cofounder will serve as the President and Vice President during at least the first semester.
  • Set up three tracks. Get Creative, Tech, and Business represented, and make sure they actually collaborate to develop games and other digital projects.
  • Establish weekly meetings and the routines that build culture in the first semester.
  • Execute your first Endless Game & Content Jam. Get your members into the Endless Studios–funded jam and produce real games and interactive projects.
  • Use the launch budget effectively. Turn it into events, gear, and a brand at your school.
  • Report to Endless Studios HQ from day one, and use the network across our speakers, mentors, alumni. You will be in constant contact with professionals across tech, business development, marketing, and design to help pull together opportunities for yourself and your members

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a builder. You start things. You have the agency to seek opportunities out or make them rather than waiting for things to come to you.
  • You are a current college student, enrolled through 2026–27.
  • You are comfortable with outreach and speaking publicly about Endless and its mission.
  • You are a strong judge of people. The board you appoint will define the chapter for everyone who comes after you.
  • You think in an interdisciplinary way. You see why a marketer, an artist, and an engineer belong in the same room to develop games.
  • Bonus: you already have someone in mind as a cofounder and know the creative, gaming, or builder community at your school.

WHY THIS JOB

You are not joining a club. You are founding a campus chapter of an international organization. The first six chapters you build will define the rest forever. The board you build, the members you recruit, and the first things you ship will all become templates for every campus after you. The first hires of any company will define its path and reputation. That is what you are doing here.

COMPENSATION
This is an unpaid founding role. You’ll get a launch budget for your chapter to spend on events, programs, and materials, plus a network of Endless speakers, mentors, alumni, and a national platform behind you. Founders and board members specifically will get the opportunity to attend an all-expenses paid conference where they can network and meet with executives at leading companies such as Microsoft, Riot Games, EA, etc. You will walk away from Endless after graduation with the confidence of building something up from the ground, projects to display your skillset, and a network that can support you in any future endeavor. You prove to the market of future employers that you are a builder they can bet on.

TERM
2026–27 academic year. You launch this Fall.
