Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager, Client Success, we are seeking a sales focused and client services orientated candidate to join our team of ambitious Client Success Executives in the role of a Client Success Executive.


This role is responsible for driving Multiview’s End Month End program; ensuring 100% of our clients are seeing return on their investment.  You will be assigned a dedicated portfolio of existing clients for you to manage, with whom you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and relationship management.  A key focus of this role will be expanding Multiview’s full suite of products and services in your portfolio of clients as you lead their progression through the stages of Multiview’s industry leading programs by uncovering, executing and closing upselling and cross selling opportunities. 

Through your leadership, relationship management, adoption and engagement you will uncover, solve and present opportunities to strengthen Multiview’s relationship within your portfolio of clients that will result in ongoing client retention. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure the needs of your client portfolio are being met. 


Please note: This is a quota carrying role that requires travel throughout North America.

The expected salary range for this role is $71,000–$100,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategic Account Management: Own and execute account plans for a portfolio of high-value clients. Build deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels (executive, technical, and operational) to drive business outcomes. 
  • Client Growth & Retention: Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Multiview solutions to client pain points and growth strategies. Proactively manage renewals and ensure continued client value realization. 
  • End Month End Program Leadership: Drive adoption of Multiview’s End Month End framework, ensuring clients achieve meaningful ROI. Regularly assess client health and intervene early to reduce churn risk. 
  • Relationship Development: Establish yourself as a trusted partner. Lead client meetings, QBRs, and strategic check-ins to guide decision-making and influence product utilization. 
  • Client Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Engineering) to resolve client issues, communicate enhancement requirements, and advocate for client needs across the organization. 
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of account activity, engagement, and pipeline in tools such as HubSpot or other CRM platforms. Track key metrics such as NPS, retention, expansion revenue, and engagement scores. 
  • Renewal Management: Lead contract renewals with precision and confidence. Position value clearly, handle objections, and ensure client commitment to long-term partnership. 


YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial management practices
  • 2+ years experience in Client Success/Account Management
  • An action oriented mindset and approach
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Proven success in a quota carrying role
  • Proven success managing sales pipeline and deal progression
  • A strong drive to close
  • Proven success with reporting on KPIs (Retention, Upsell, Cross-sell, Referrals, NPS, etc.)
  • Proven success with stakeholder engagement and relationship management at all levels
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets
  • Creative problem solving abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and practices sound judgment when making decisions
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence
  • The wherewithal to identify a challenge and come with a solution
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • A personal commitment to team culture and contributing to it in a meaningful way
  • University Degree or College Diploma
