Our partner is a bootstrapped, profitable, high-volume outbound agency for financial services, connecting banks with small and mid-sized businesses that need loans, lines of credit, and working capital. Operating at rare scale, they send tens of millions of emails per month and book thousands of meetings on behalf of their clients. The entire operation runs on Claude and Claude Code, and the company is AI-native to its core. With roughly $400K in monthly revenue and a clear path to multiply that within the next year, this is a fast-growing, lean team of genuinely talented people.
This is a Go-to-Market Engineer role for someone who is AI-native first and foremost. It is not a software engineering job, no traditional coding required, but you will live in AI tools every day. Roughly half the role is campaign management, writing cold email copy, launching campaigns, and using data to monitor and optimize performance. The other half spans high-impact projects like new lead acquisition and data cleaning, performance analysis, building AI-powered copywriting systems at scale, and expanding into SMS. You will be given high autonomy and significant volume, with no task lists, and be expected to drive results and bring fresh ideas. There is a clear path toward a future marketing leadership role as the company scales into new channels and verticals.
