Job description

Job Description:

Amazing Career Moments Happen Here

Transforming the insurance industry is ambitious, we know. That’s why at EZLynx, a division of Applied, we are committed to transforming every facet of agency life by providing the most innovative solutions to improve how independent insurance agents work every day. We are the Real-Time Rating pioneers in our industry, and we are looking for out-of-the-box thinkers and innovative solution seekers to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is as comfortable creating AI-powered features alongside engineers as they are presenting the roadmap to the executive team. You understand how AI is reshaping the software development lifecycle — from rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development workflows to autonomous, agentic experiences for end users — and you are ready to bring that lens to EZLynx.

To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.

What You’ll Do

  • Drives agentic product strategy for an assigned area, ensuring delivery against both near-term business objectives and long-term customer value.
  • Leads end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production.
  • Influences the roadmap using customer input, market data, and stakeholder feedback; communicates priorities clearly across teams.
  • Develops and tracks KPIs for product and feature performance, including adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
  • Owns product ROI, connecting investments to customer value, ARR, and retention.
  • Identifies and drives process improvements across the team.
  • Exhibits behaviors that exemplify Applied Systems’ Values in Action.
  • Defines and owns the strategy and roadmap for agentic and AI-powered features within an assigned product area.
  • Collaborates with engineering and data science teams to prototype, test, and iterate on agentic workflows.
  • Identifies and validates automation and intelligence opportunities through user research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Defines problem statements and success criteria for AI features; tests hypotheses before committing engineering investment.
  • Leads cross-functional teams through full development cycles, from discovery through GTM and post-launch adoption.
  • Develops and presents business cases to product leadership quantifying customer value, adoption potential, and commercial impact.
  • Defines positioning and market differentiation for AI-powered capabilities; communicates feature value to go-to-market teams.
  • Designs feature experiments and launch approaches; incorporates learnings into subsequent cycles.
  • Synthesizes user data, behavioral analytics, and market signals to refine strategy and backlog priorities.
  • Maintains and prioritizes the backlog for existing product lines; triages support issues efficiently.
  • Monitors existing product performance and recommends improvements based on data.
  • Communicates user needs cross-functionally to align feature and product prioritization.
  • Mentors junior product team members on core PM practices and AI product development.

We’re Excited to Learn More About You

Your experience may include:

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered or agentic product features to market.
  • SaaS product experience required; insurance industry experience a plus.

You may have other skills or credentials, including:
