Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Partner with product owners and other cross functional teams to align with the business needs
- Develop and create reports and dashboards for Directors and end users
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies
- Log and track identified system problems through resolution
- Passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline and 1 to 2 years of related IT experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience
- Experience managing escalations from key stakeholders and business users.
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Excel experience.
