Recruiter (Headhunting Focus) – Full-Time (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $9–$10 per hour (USD)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in headhunting.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to take full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent using modern recruitment tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Conduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels
  • Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
  • Conduct high-quality interviews and effectively assess candidate fit
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on headhunting
  • Proven experience with:
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Indeed
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience closing hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
  • Strong English fluency required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
  • Experience recruiting for legal or professional services roles is a plus

Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Must be able to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
