Personal Injury Intake Specialist
Location: Remote — Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Legal Services
Compensation: $960 – $2,400 USD/month
Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time (EST) | Primary shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST, with weekend availability as required.


About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and results-driven Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accident cases.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while guiding potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, urgency, and compassion. Your ability to build trust, qualify cases, and convert leads into signed clients will directly contribute to the firm's continued growth.

What You'll Do
Client Intake & Lead Conversion
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls with prospective clients, referrals, and web inquiries.
  • Perform detailed intake screenings to determine case eligibility.
  • Guide qualified clients through the representation and electronic signature process.

Client Communication
  • Clearly explain the intake process, legal representation, and next steps.
  • Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospective clients.
  • Respond to questions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Escalate high-priority or complex matters to attorneys when appropriate.

Documentation & Case Management
  • Accurately document call notes, case details, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain complete and organized records within the firm's case management system.
  • Ensure all intake documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
  • Follow firm procedures and compliance requirements throughout the intake process.

Performance & Collaboration
  • Consistently follow intake scripts, workflows, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case transitions.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates while delivering outstanding client service.
  • Support continuous improvements to intake processes and client experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. Personal Injury Intake.
  • Experience handling Personal Injury cases in any U.S. state is required; Georgia experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience converting qualified leads into signed clients.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours, including the primary evening schedule and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working remotely for U.S.-based law firms.
  • Familiarity with Personal Injury case management systems.
  • Experience managing high call volumes while maintaining excellent conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of Personal Injury intake best practices and client service.
