About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources operations for a fast-paced technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environment. This role is responsible for overseeing HR strategy, technical recruiting, workforce monitoring, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented HR leader who is comfortable balancing high-level people strategy with hands-on execution. You should be confident working with hiring managers, technical teams, and senior leadership while using data to guide decisions, improve processes, and support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 or more years in an HR leadership role.
At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
Experience in technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environments is preferred.
Hands-on experience using HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor compliance, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Proven ability to lead HR strategy in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing global or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
Must be amenable to working US Central Time Zone hours.
