    • Escalate risks, remove blockers, and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Due Diligence & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities for leased data center opportunities.
    • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, construction, legal, real estate, and operations teams.
    • Gather, organize, and communicate technical feedback throughout the review process.
    • Ensure all required documentation and approvals are completed before lease execution.
    • Support structured handoffs to downstream execution teams.
  • Lease Execution Support
    • Partner with lease negotiators and legal teams throughout contract execution.
    • Track outstanding lease items, ownership, approvals, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate negotiation meetings and follow up on action items.
    • Support compliance reviews, vendor assessments, and internal approval workflows.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement
    • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports across multiple active projects.
    • Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
    • Continuously improve documentation, templates, and operational processes.
    • Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future programs.
