We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN using state-of-the-art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.

Join us as a Warehouse Tech Lead and help drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement!

As a Warehouse Tech Lead, you'll oversee the efficient receiving, sorting, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accurate packing and timely loading of customer orders. You'll ensure shipments meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You’ll identify and resolve workplace issues, maintain a clean and organized environment, and contribute to process improvements. You'll lead daily team activities, and may step in as Warehouse Supervisor when needed.

What You Will Do 

  • Oversee the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, restocks, put-aways, cycle counts, and troubleshooting work orders in an online environment.

  • Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.

  • Train and develop employees.

  • Analyze warehouse processes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

  • Pick, pack, and complete customer and internal orders using RF units.

  • Propose and actively contribute to continuous improvement and waste elimination efforts.

  • Act as backup to Warehouse Supervisor, coordinating order processing and directing teams.

  • Handle order activity operations, including Oracle release and Transportation Management.

  • Support administrative tasks such as storeroom control, recycling, and space management.

  • Process receipts for raw materials in Oracle, ensuring compliance.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: High school diploma or GED 

  • Experience: 3+ years of warehousing experience; 1+ years of forklift experience preferred.  

  • Skills: Comfortable with basic computer/keyboard functions

  • Physical fitness: Lift up to 50lbs., stand, handle, and reach at torso level for a majority of the day

Shift Hours: Split 2 12pm-8pm

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $22-24 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
