Job description

Position : Loan Processor 

Salary :  Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions : Australian working hours

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Offshore Loan Processor with 2–3

years’ experience to support our Australian mortgage brokerage team.

This role is responsible for end-to-end loan processing and administration, enabling

brokers to focus on client relationships, business development, and settlements.

Working remotely, you will collaborate with brokers, clients, lenders, and third parties to

ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant loan processing from application through to

Settlement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application & Documentation Management

- Collect, review, and verify all client documentation (income, ID, assets/liabilities, statements)

- Complete loan applications accurately in line with lender requirements

- Follow up on missing documentation

- Prepare submission-ready loan files

Loan Processing & Workflow Coordination

- Manage the loan pipeline from submission through to settlement

- Track application progress, conditions, and deadlines

- Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties

- Assist with collation of information from lenders for loan/annual reviews

Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure loan files meet regulatory and lender requirements

- Maintain audit-ready documentation Broker & Client Support

- Provide brokers with timely status updates

- Communicate professionally with clients

Requirements

  • 2–3 years residential mortgage processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM (Broker Engine and Flex)
