Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our company's revenue growth initiatives. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development to drive sustainable growth. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing teams, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall revenue growth strategy.
  • Lead and manage the Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while maximizing revenue from existing clients.
  • Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across all revenue-generating teams.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and revenue teams.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue goals with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to improve performance.
  • Optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and present regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on long-term client relationships and retention.
  • Ensure the company remains competitive by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Revenue, Business Development, or Commercial Operations.
  • Proven success in driving significant revenue growth and scaling organizations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and managing complex sales pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and financial forecasting abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, Professional Services, Technology, or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing strategy, customer success, and revenue analytics.
