This sits under our marketing function and supports me directly. The work is hands-on content and coordination, not strategy. We set the direction here; the role executes against it.

What they'll do

• Create organic social content in Canva, working from briefs and brand templates we provide.
• Edit and create video content in CapCut.
• Schedule and publish social posts using tools like Buffer.
• Build and send emails in Mailchimp.
• Work to a content strategy we'll supply, which maps the content pillars and the types of content to produce against each.
• Coordinate and book meetings for me to run with service providers, including scheduling and follow-up logistics.
• Report on performance numbers across the platforms we use, so we have a clear read on what's working.

Who fits

Someone who has actually done this work, not just listed the tools on a resume. Comfortable in Canva and CapCut day to day. Organised enough to run a content calendar and chase the small details on meeting coordination. Able to pull numbers from different platforms and present them clearly.

Good written English matters here, since they'll be drafting email copy and social posts.
