CTG is seeking an experienced Software Engineer II with strong Archer Developer, Archer SaaS, and Azure Functions expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for a collaborative engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality applications in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Duration: 6 months

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and system enhancements.
  • Perform complex systems analysis, application design, coding, debugging, and implementation.
  • Lead technical efforts on medium to large development projects.
  • Develop technical specifications, project estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate development activities and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors.
  • Execute and review testing strategies to ensure application quality and reliability.
  • Analyze application integrations and recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain production applications and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Recommend improvements to development standards, processes, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Independently perform advanced application development and systems analysis.
  • Lead project activities and coordinate technical resources.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and support across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
  • Coordinate project tasks and technical deliverables.
  • No direct personnel management responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree plus 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 7+ years of combined education and professional experience with at least 5 years in application development.
  • 5+ years of Archer Developer experience.
  • 5+ years of Archer SaaS experience.
  • Experience developing Azure Functions.
  • Experience with enterprise application development and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating with business partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise banking applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated enterprise systems and application architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $46.64 to $77.74 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market conditions, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
