Job description

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a qualified appraiser to undertake regular property valuations for a municipal client. This consultancy mission will involve working on-site and representing Keystone Solutions while ensuring that all real estate transactions are conducted at market-conform prices, in line with local governance regulations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular property appraisals, which may range from simple to more complex properties.
Deliver approximately 60 appraisals over the course of the mission, with an average of 25 per year.
Provide appraisal reports within 20 working days for each requested valuation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Ensure that the quoted price is an all-inclusive fee covering administration, travel, insurance, documentation, meetings, additional studies, and any necessary adjustments to the appraisal reports.
Respond to all inquiries regarding the content of the appraisal reports and make necessary modifications.
Deliver documents or materials related to the execution of the mission, including uploading appraisal reports to the municipal SharePoint or providing a light version.
