We're seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Architect for a full-time remote contract running from August 24, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance, or have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years to be eligible to attain one.
This senior role will provide cyber security architecture and technology risk advisory services in support of enterprise transformation initiatives across cloud, AI, and traditional technology environments. Responsibilities include assessing current and target-state architectures, conducting security architecture reviews, threat modelling, and risk assessments, developing security standards, governance frameworks, reference architectures, and secure design patterns, and supporting security-by-design and compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in cyber security architecture, technology risk, and enterprise architecture within complex or regulated environments, with expertise designing and governing security controls across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI-enabled technologies. Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001/27002, and COBIT is highly desirable, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, CRISC, CGRC, AIGP, or CAISP are considered strong assets.
