Director of Field Services Engineering-Led Infrastructure Delivery

Remote: EST/CST hours

Position Summary:

Lead the organization's Infrastructure Delivery practice by establishing operational discipline, engineering governance, customer-focused delivery, and scalable organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Field Services operations and strategic roadmap.
• Develop Technical Project Leads, engineering leaders, and field teams.
• Partner with the Field Services Standards Manager on standards, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee strategic and commercial delivery portfolios.
• Establish preferred partner governance and performance management.
• Drive operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, utilization, and gross margin improvement.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure deployment, Professional Services, Field Services, or Technical Operations.
• 7+ years leading managers or infrastructure delivery organizations.
• Experience with enterprise networking, wireless, structured cabling, and/or data center deployments.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and third-party partners.
• Experience managing operational budgets, forecasting, and executive customer relationships.

Preferred Certifications:

• BICSI RCDD
• PMP
• ITIL Foundation/ITIL 4
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent)
• Ekahau ECSE
• OSHA 30
• Equivalent leadership accomplishments considered.
