Job description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Manual Tester (Empower LOS) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual test scripts based on finalized business and functional requirements.
Perform end-to-end functional testing across Empower LOS and Loan Officer Digital platforms.
Validate mortgage lending workflows, business scenarios, and system integrations.
Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and support defect resolution cycles.
Ensure compliance validation for regulatory workflows (e.g., TRID and related controls).
Collaborate with business, release, and QA teams to highlight gaps, risks, and testing readiness.
