Sales Development Representative (Remote – Mexico)

Full-time | Work from Home

The Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico to support our North American sales team. In this role, you'll focus on high-volume outbound prospecting, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for our US-based Account Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

  • Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers across the United States.
  • Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.
  • Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience selling into the US market is a strong plus.
