Remote Position – Travel Required

Duties  

As a Consultant / Trainer, you serve as a trusted advisor to independent insurance agencies. This is not a call-center role, a quota-only sales job, or a one-size-fits-all training position. 

You will: 

  • Partner with agency owners and teams to improve operations, workflows, and performance 
  • Guide teams in using modern agency management systems and technology in practical, right-sized ways 
  • Support agencies in developing and empowering their people 
  • Improve the customer experience for agency clients by streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and creating consistent service experiences across the agency. 
  • Deliver consulting, training, and advisory services tailored to each agency’s size and stage 
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and real results 
  • Collaborate with our Accounting, CSR, and Advisory teams to deliver holistic solutions

Qualifications (What You Bring) 

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with or for independent insurance agencies 
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance coverage and agency accounting procedures 
  • Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts 
  • Reliable PC with high-speed internet and appropriate security protection 
  • Ability to travel approximately 8–12 days per month as needed
