Your Mission

As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and account teams. You will lead discovery, design impactful solutions, and demonstrate how Cellebrite’s platform drives measurable operational outcomes across investigative workflows.

This is a remote role based in Sweden, supporting the Nordics region, with travel of approximately 50–70%.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Design

  • Translate requirements into solution architectures across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
  • Align Cellebrite capabilities to operational needs across the investigation lifecycle.

Demonstrations & Technical Leadership

  • Deliver compelling demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Advise on integrations, data flows, security, and performance in complex environments.
  • Identify risks early and provide clear mitigation strategies.

Strategic Accounts & Value Realisation

  • Partner with Account Executives to define account strategy and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) to track adoption, outcomes, and future plans.
  • Analyse workflows and position end-to-end case-to-closure (C2C) solutions.
  • Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation across strategic accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
  • Ensure strong handover from pre-sales to post-sales with clear success criteria.

Market Engagement

  • Represent Cellebrite at industry events and customer engagements.
  • Contribute to demos, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Stay current on trends across digital investigations, cloud, and AI.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or similar).
  • Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid). Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government customers.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Solid technical foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, linking technical solutions to business and mission outcomes.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Background in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative workflows.
  • Experience with AI or automation in operational environments. Exposure to Customer Success or Product organisations.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or digital forensics.
