Job description
Building and integrating Next Generation IT stacks to meet the business objective
Assessing the systems architecture currently in use and working with engineering teams to recommend solutions to improve it
Resolving technical problems as they arise
Providing supervision and guidance to development squads
Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed
Informing stakeholders about any problems with current technical solution being implemented
Assessing the business impact that certain technical solutions have
Basic Qualifications:
Proven architecture and design experience in Telco CRM
In-depth understanding of SFDC and Vlocity platform
Should be able to analyse functional requirements and evaluate architecture and design options, with pros and cons
Experience with Vlocity Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC)
and
Experience with Vlocity Order Management (OM) modules
Preferred Qualifications:
Should be comfortable working in Agile
Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities
Basic understanding of Cloud
Vlocity Certification must
Overall experience: minimum 10 years
Solution Architecture experience: minimum 5 years
