Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Software Implementation Specialist to oversee the launch and implementation of payroll software developed by us and used by our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire implementation process, including planning, testing, training, and supporting end-users to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.

** This is a 100% work-from-home role and working a four-day compressed work schedule. **

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans for payroll software implementation, ensuring timelines are met and project goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including payroll, HR, IT, and finance to identify software requirements and ensure the new system is integrated with other relevant systems.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the current payroll system and processes.
  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the new system meets business requirements and is user-friendly.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and provide training to end-users to ensure they are proficient in the new software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working with support teams as necessary.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and process improvements to optimize payroll processes.
  • Handle routine support enquires from clients during the first six months using our service.
