Primary Title: Marketing Outreach Intern

About the Opportunity
A digital career-services and talent-acquisition platform operating in the HRTech and online career-development sector. We deliver candidate engagement, employer branding, and recruitment marketing solutions across India—hiring a remote Outreach & Marketing Intern to scale outreach, content, and lead-generation activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across social media, email, and community channels to drive candidate sign-ups and client leads.
  • Create and publish short-form and long-form content—posts, newsletters, blog drafts, and outreach messages—aligned to a content calendar.
  • Manage social channels: schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow follower base using platform best practices.
  • Support email campaign setup: segment lists, prepare templates, run A/B tests, and track deliverability and open/click metrics.
  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and CRM reports; present weekly insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition and business teams to research target audiences, compile outreach lists, and refine messaging for higher conversion.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Social media management experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Practical experience with email marketing platforms and campaign workflows
  • Content writing ability for social, blogs, and outreach copy
  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and content best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM tools

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience managing content on WordPress or other CMS platforms
