Ready to transform healthcare with powerful data, trusted insights, and real-world results?

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant Relations professional to help grow our consultant and broker relationships. This role will be responsible for building relationships with key consulting and brokerage firms, educating the market on Truven’s value proposition, and partnering cross-functionally within Truven to support consultant-led growth opportunities.

How you will contribute:

  • Build and deepen relationships with national and regional benefits consultants, brokerage firms, and market influencers.

  • Execute Truven’s consultant relations strategy in alignment with sales priorities, target segments, and growth goals.

  • Educate consultants and brokers on Truven’s value proposition, differentiators, and healthcare analytics solutions.

  • Partner cross functionally within Truven to support consultant-led opportunities, expansion efforts, and active deal strategy.

  • Develop consultant-facing content and messaging in partnership with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.

  • Gather consultant and broker feedback to inform messaging, positioning, product priorities, and go-to-market improvements.

  • Track consultant engagement, pipeline influence, win rate, and revenue impact to measure program effectiveness.

  • Represent Truven in consultant meetings, broker discussions, industry forums, and other market-facing engagements.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, ideally in consultant relations, employer benefits, health and benefits consulting, enterprise sales, business development, or healthcare analytics.

  • Strong understanding of the employer health benefits ecosystem and the role consultants and brokers play in buyer decisions.

  • Established credibility with benefits consultants, brokers, or employer benefits leaders.

  • Experience influencing client or consultant decisions through consultative sales, relationship management, or market education.

  • Ability to translate healthcare data, analytics, and technology solutions into clear, compelling value propositions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive presence with internal and external audiences.

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally within Truven functions.

  • Organized, adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with self-funded medical plans, claims data, population health, benefits strategy, or employer health solutions preferred.
