About the Role

We're looking for a fully remote Ad Operations Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end workflow for a high-volume ad build operation. This role is responsible for managing intake, prioritization, assignment, quality control, and launch readiness across a fast-moving queue of digital advertising projects.

You'll serve as the primary connection between account teams and ad builders, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the ad build queue, primarily on Meta, from intake through final delivery
  • Prioritize incoming requests and manage deadlines
  • Assign projects across the build team and monitor progress
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on completed builds before launch
  • Ensure campaign structures, naming conventions, and platform requirements are met
  • Communicate status updates and launch readiness to stakeholders
  • Partner closely with account leads and operations teams to maintain execution quality
  • Opportunity for overtime pay at x rate based on client needs

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Meta ad trafficking, building, or ad operations experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under deadline pressure
  • Understanding of campaign structure and QA best practices

  • Cognitive Aptitude, Excel and Typing Test
  • Logic assessment on Excel
