About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, discover opportunities, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle—from research and requirements to launch and iteration—steering vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-informed decisions. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Define product vision and KPIs; manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.
  • Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery.
  • Lead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Oversee launches and drive iterative improvements based on metrics and user feedback.
  • Mentor associate and mid-level PMs; contribute to process and methodology improvements.
  • Evangelize strong product culture emphasizing customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

About You

 Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle.
  • Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs.
  • Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira); familiarity with Figma/Miro.
  • Data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy.
  • Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized; effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Nice to have: Prior consulting experience; Scrum Master/Product Owner certification; experience mentoring and team building.
