*Note: This position requires presence in our Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.


What You'll Do

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure.

You

  • Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Have experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating system / application platforms

  • Have experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting

  • Pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentation

  • You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn

  • Are an excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environment

Nice to Have

  • Specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructure

  • MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune)

  • SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred)

  • Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays

  • Experience with day to day use of Atlassian software products

Salary Range Information

The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
