About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Windows and Virtualization Support Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments.
  • Manage and optimize VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies.
  • Oversee the administration of Critical Infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting.
  • Manage and maintain identity and access management solutions, including CyberArk.
  • Lead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS cloud environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows server administration and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong expertise in VMware technologies, including vSphere and vCenter.
  • Experience managing Critical Infrastructure systems.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting, particularly with Ansible and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, preferably CyberArk.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services and migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of Windows environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, AWS certifications) are preferred.
