Job Description:

• Research on options of recreation activities (Zentangle, Perfume making, Wine Tasting, Latte Art, Art De-Stress activities and any experienced activities etc) for our corporate client
• Brainstorm and experience on the new recreation option that we provided to our client
• Coordinate the recreation activities
• Prepare proposal to showcase on the options with the monthly recommended recreation activities
• Communicate with related parties internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the events
• Assist in ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Art, Event Management & Marketing or related discipline
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required
• With relevant experience in organizing events
  
• Good communication, presentation skill and team work player
