Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Configuration Specialist with expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing solutions to meet client and business requirements, with a focus on lending-related systems. Experience with Salesforce configuration or similar platforms is considered a strong advantage. This role will report to an Australia-based client and requires flexibility to work across UK, AU, or US time zones.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solution/system configuration with strong technical proficiency.
  • Excellent skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce configuration or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience in the lending industry, particularly with Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to support clients in UK, AU, or US time zones.
  • Full-time remote work
