Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist at Pro Talent. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Network Security skills

Information Technology expertise

Strong Customer Service skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely
