Job Description:

Need minimum 10+ years of experience Sr .Net Developer

The Innovation and Technology Services Department is seeking a Programmer Analyst (Software Developer) to assist with the development and maintenance of one of our in[1]house case management systems, as well as the maintenance and support of other existing County systems and pertinent interfaces.

This will include discovery, requirements gathering, scoping, bug fixes, enhancements, report development, routine system maintenance, and technical support of new and existing County Systems. County systems includes commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), proprietary software packages (special purpose vendor supplied package software and/or modified vendor supplied software) and in-house developed systems. This software may be installed as either on-premises, cloud hosted, or software as a service (SaaS) solutions or a mixture of these environments.

The contract staff will be required to work and collaborate with senior ITSD development staff and staff throughout the County Organization, create and maintain documentation related to enhancements, scripts, configurations, reports, and other changes to the systems. Contract staff may be required to train IT and other county staff in use and maintenance of the systems.

The contractor will work under the direction of the development IT Manager.

4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, ADO.NET)

4+ years of coding experience in Javascript, JQuery, JQuery Plugins, Boostrap Framework, and Angular JS

5+ years of coding experience in Microsoft .Net (utilizing C#)

5+ years experience with (WebForms and MVC).

Desired

Expertise in windows forms

Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services

Understanding of enterprise application development and architectural patterns

Experience in industry standard design patterns

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage ones time efficiently

Ability to work independently and with a team
