VsimplifyIT Consulting is a leading consulting company that helps organizations of all sizes achieve their business goals through innovative technology solutions. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Data Conversion Lead to join our team.

The Data Conversion Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of data conversion specialists in the design, development, and implementation of data conversion solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data conversion, 3+ years of experience leading a team of data conversion specialists, and experience with a variety of data conversion tools and technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data conversion specialists in the design, development, and implementation of data conversion solutions
• Work with clients to understand their data conversion needs and develop a customized solution
• Develop and implement data conversion strategies and methodologies
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all data conversions
• Monitor and report on the progress of data conversion projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data conversion
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of data conversion specialists
• Experience with a variety of data conversion tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

IMPORTANT-APPLY ONLY IF ALL YOUR PROJECT MEET FOLLOWING:

a) At least 600 internal authorized users.

b) Cloud hosted public facing web portal with at least 10,000 external users.

c) A minimum of 2 legacy systems replaced by a single cloud hosted solution.

d) Development, integration, and configuration effort that occurred for a duration of one year or longer.

e) Total project cost is greater than $10 Million ($10,000,000).

f) Required data conversion, external system interface development, and integration with other applications.
