Type: Full-time | Domain: HRMS / SaaS | Location: Remote / Hybrid

Our client is building an HRMS platform with an AI-first engineering model and use Codex/AI agents for 80%+ of development. They're hiring a React front-end engineer who can orchestrate AI agents, ship fast, and own quality end-to-end with minimal oversight.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain production-grade React UI (dashboards, workflows, forms, tables).
  • Translate product requirements into clean, scalable front-end architecture.
  • Operate in an agent-driven workflow: break down tasks, write clear specs, use Codex to generate/iterate code, and validate outputs.
  • Ensure quality via TypeScript, testing, performance, accessibility, and code reviews.

Must-haves

  • Experience with React + TypeScript in a SaaS/production environment.
  • Proven, daily use of AI coding agents (Codex or similar) to deliver features (not occasional usage).
  • Orchestration skills: task decomposition, prompt/spec writing, iterative refinement, critical review of AI output.
  • High ownership: self-managed, reliable delivery, clear communication.

Nice to have

  • Next.js, design systems/Storybook, Playwright/Cypress, enterprise RBAC/permissions patterns.
