Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Collating and maintaining client information.
  • Utilize our prospecting strategy, criteria, and templates to build a list of potential prospects, leveraging our shared database and tracking sheet.
  • Identify key points of contact within prospective companies.
  • Collaborate with your BD Lead and Sales Managers to schedule meetings with prospects upon receiving responses.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of BDR experience in BPO contact center and managed outsource services industry preferred.
  • Should be well verse on speaking, reading and writing Madarin.
  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Computer literacy (standard Office applications)
  • Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, and objection handling skills
  • Extremely self-starter or self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred).
  • An understanding of the BPO ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
